เบรกดรัม (Drum Brake) เป็นระบบเบรกที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นตั้งแต่ช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1900 ถือเป็นระบบเบรกแบบดั้งเดิมที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายก่อนการมาของเบรกดิสก์ มีลักษณะเป็น “ดรัม” หรือกระบอกกลมที่ติดอยู่กับล้อ เมื่อเหยียบเบรก ผ้าเบรกจะขยายตัวออกไปเสียดสีกับผนังด้านในของดรัม ทำให้รถชะลอหรือหยุดได้ แม้ปัจจุบันเบรกดิสก์จะได้รับความนิยมมากกว่า แต่เบรกดรัมยังคงถูกใช้ในล้อหลังของรถบางรุ่น เนื่องจากต้นทุนต่ำและดูแลง่าย
  
   The Drum Brake was developed around the early 1900s and is one of the earliest braking systems used in vehicles. It features a drum-shaped housing attached to the wheel. When the brake pedal is pressed, the brake shoes expand outward and press against the inner wall of the drum, creating friction to slow or stop the vehicle. Although disc brakes are now more common, drum brakes remain widely used on the rear wheels of some vehicles due to their low cost and easy maintenance.
